GIRLS NIGHT IN/HIT LIST
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following Terms & Conditions apply for WAFM GIRLS NIGHT IN/HIT LIST Competition to be run between 21ST September and 19th October 2009. The final prize winner will be announced during the Big Breakfast program on WAFM between 6am and 10am on Friday 19th October 2009.

METHOD OF ENTRY
This is a competition of chance that gives listeners the opportunity to register for one Major Prize. There are two forms of entry. 1) by listening to WAFM and being the nominated caller through to register details 2) by sending details including station, name of competition, name and town to the nominated SMS number for registration.Entrants must provide their contact details, and may enter this competition via SMS as many times as they like.
MAJOR PRIZE DRAW
The major prize draw will be conducted by the Big Breakfast crew on WAFM and will be announced on 19th October 2009. The judge’s decision will be final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
THE PRIZE DETAILS
One major prize will be awarded and this consists of the following:
Two announcers from WAFM will broadcast LIVE from the winner’s nominated address on Friday 30th October 2009 from 6pm to 10pm. WAFM will provide finger food catering for up to 20 people, and beverages (dependant on the age of the winner) for up to 20 people. The total value of the food and beverage will valued at $300.This prize is not redeemable for Cash or transferable and must be taken as supplied.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
If the major prize winner is under the age of 18 years, that winner must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to collect their prize.It is a condition of entry of this competition that the major prize winner and their accompanying friend(s) must execute these Terms & Conditions.
USE OF PHOTOS etc
All contestants acknowledge that it is a condition of entry that WAFM has the right to publicise their names, characters, likeness or voices for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition.
The winner may also be required by WAFM to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and acknowledges that WAFM has the right to use such publicity photos, video and/or films in any medium/website and in any reasonable manner it sees fit, unless the contestant WAFM at the time of entering the competition that he/she wishes to retain his/her anonymity.
It is a condition of entering this competition that contestants consent to their telephone and other conversations with WAFM being broadcast on air.
INDEMNITY
All contestants release from and indemnify REDWAVE MEDIA LIMITED (ACN 083 553 860), against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in this competition including (but not limited to) damage to property, personal injury whether direct or consequential, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
MISCELLANEOUS
The major prize winners will be sent a letter advising who they should contact to redeem their prize. Employees of REDWAVE MEDIA, WEST AUSTRALIAN NEWSPAPERS LTD, THE CANCER COUNCIL OF WA, AND OTHER ASSOCIATED SPONSORS, their immediate families, agents, sponsors or any persons connected with devising or promotion of this competition are ineligible to enter. The promoter reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time throughout the promotion.
WAFM and REDWAVE MEDIA PTY LTD will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided.In all matters all decisions of WAFM staff will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.

VIRGIN BLUE ONE MOVEMENT FESTIVAL COMPETITION

The following Terms & Conditions apply for WAFM/Virgin Blue “One Movement Festival” Competition to be run between 24th September to 12th October 2009. The final prize winners will be announced during the Big Breakfast program on WAFM between 6am and 10am on Monday 12th October 2009.

METHOD OF ENTRY
This is a competition of chance that gives listeners the opportunity to register for one of 4 Major Prizes. A cue to call with be announced on WAFM and a caller number nominated.
l The nominated caller through must answer the question asked by the announcer correctly. The question will be “from which 4 ports in regional WA do Virgin Blue fly to Perth from?”. Once the question has been answered correctly, the listener will receive a qualifying prize of 1 x album CD. Their name will also be entered into the draw for the major prizes component from their port.

2) Return airfares for 2 people departing from Broome to Perth on Virgin Blue Airlines including 2 nights accommodation in a twin share room in a 4 star hotel in Perth. 2 General Admission tickets to the One Movement Festival on The Esplanade in Perth Saturday 17 October - Sunday 18 October 2009 (gates open from 11 am - 10pm both days), plus a Backstage Tour and entry to the Festival VIP Lounge.
3) Return airfares for 2 people departing from Karratha to Perth on Virgin Blue Airlines including 2 nights accommodation in a twin share room in a 4 star hotel in Perth. 2 General Admission tickets to the One Movement Festival on The Esplanade in Perth Saturday 17 October - Sunday 18 October 2009 (gates open from 11 am - 10pm both days), plus a Backstage Tour and entry to the Festival VIP Lounge.
4) Return airfares for 2 people departing from Port Hedland to Perth on Virgin Blue Airlines including 2 nights accommodation in a twin share room in a 4 star hotel in Perth. 2 General Admission tickets to the One Movement Festival on The Esplanade in Perth Saturday 17 October - Sunday 18 October 2009 (gates open from 11 am - 10pm both days), plus a Backstage Tour and entry to the Festival VIP Lounge.
Each group of 2 people must travel on the same dates. Flight bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. This offer/prize package expires on 30th October 2009 and All flights MUST be booked and taken by this date. Minimal travel insurance and applicable taxes/fees are included. Transfers to and from the airport and to and from the concert are not included.

ASPEN PARKS HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they apply to the Aspen Parks holiday giveaway held by Redwave Media P/L (ACN 083 553 860) & Aspen Parks Property Management Ltd (ACN 096 790 331).
Only correct entries that get through at our ‘cue to call’ times will be accepted. Correct entries will be decided by our announcers at the time of the call with all correct entries going into the draw to win.
The prize draw will take place at Redwave Media – 20 Oxford Close, Leederville WA after midday on Friday 23rd October 2009. The draw will be conducted manually by a representative of Redwave Media Perth and the first drawn entry will be deemed the winner. The winners will be notified by telephone on or before 26th October 2009.
The prize consists of 7 x nights accommodation for up to 2 adults and 2 children in a family cabin at any West Australian Aspen Park Property (excluding Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort, Ningaloo Reef Resort & Kununurra Country Club). A gift certificate will be issued to the prizewinner and voucher must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue. Easter, Christmas Public Holidays and School Holiday periods are excluded. Any additional travel etc for this promotion is not included in the prize. This prize is not redeemable for cash. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize may, at the absolute discretion of Redwave Media & Aspen Parks Property Management Ltd, be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian. The winner is also aware that any incidentals for accommodation are not covered by Aspen Parks Property Management Ltd or Redwave Media Ltd. The winner/s may be required to supply a credit card at the time of arrival for security purposes.

The winner may also be required by Aspen Parks Property Management Ltd in conjunction with Redwave Media Pty Ltd, to participate in a photo session, and acknowledges that both parties have the right to use such publicity photos in any medium (including, without limitation, the internet) and in any reasonable manner it sees fit, unless that person advises Redwave Media Pty Ltd and Aspen Parks Property Management Ltd at the time of entering the competition that he/she wishes to retain his/her anonymity. The winner also consents to their entry being read out on air and to the telephone conversations with Redwave Media Pty Ltd being broadcast on air.
All contestants indemnify Aspen Parks Property Management Ltd (ACN 096 790 331) and Redwave Media Pty Ltd (ACN 083553860) against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property, including but not limited to the Aspen Park Property Group and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Employees and the immediate families of Aspen Parks Property Management Ltd and Redwave Media Pty Ltd, are ineligible to enter.
The winner of this prize must consent to signing these terms and conditions if asked to do so. If the winner is under the age of 17 years and is permitted to accept the prize, these terms and conditions must be signed by their parent or guardian. Aspen Parks Property Management Ltd and Redwave Media Pty Ltd may terminate this competition at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person. In all matters, all decisions of Aspen Parks Property Management Ltd and Redwave Media staff will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
