BON JOVI LET IT ROCK COMPETITION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms & Conditions apply for WAFM Bon Jovi Let it Rock concert
competition to be run between 14th July 2010 and 2nd August 2010. The final prize
winner will be announced between 6am and 10am on WAFM on Monday 2nd August
2010.

50 Hasler Road, Osborne Park or from www.wafm.com.au
METHOD OF ENTRY
This is a competition of chance that gives listeners the opportunity to register for
one Major Prize. The official entry form is in email form and is only available on the
RED FM or WAFM website. Entrants can enter as many times as they like. It is a
condition of entry that all entrants agree to receive updates from Showbiz about
concerts & events, including pre‐sales and VIP offers.
MAJOR PRIZE DRAW
The major prize draw will be conducted on Monday 2nd August 2010 and will be
announced on WAFM and WAFM on that same day. The winner will be chosen at
random, by WAFM. The judge’s decision will be final and no discussions or
correspondence will be entered into.
THE PRIZE DETAILS
The major prize component consists of:
1) Return airfares for 2 people departing from their nearest port and flying to Perth
with Virgin Blue Airlines. The travel dates are between Tuesday 7th and Thursday 9th
December 2010 only. All air travel supplied is within Western Australia only.
1.The flights are non-redeemable for cash.
2. Taxes, fees and surcharges are the responsibility of the prize winner and will need to be
paid at time of booking with a credit card.
3. Travel is on confirmed space (i.e. we won't bump you off the flight) but is still subject to
seat availability at the time of booking.
4. Tickets are non transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed).
5. Blackout periods apply during school holidays (i.e. you cannot take these flights during
school holidays nationwide) and flights subject to availability.
6. Flights are valid for the term of the promotion (this expiry will not be extended).
7. All bookings need to be made at least 72 hours prior to travel.
9. Changes to flight details once booked will incur a $40 change fee per guest per change.
10. Virgin Blue's normal terms and conditions of carriage apply.
2) Accommodation for 2 people, twin share at a nominated 4 to 5 star hotel in Perth,
to be arranged by WAFM.

4) The group of 2 people must travel on the same dates. This offer/prize package
expires on Thursday 9th December 2010 and all flights and Accommodation MUST be
booked and taken by this date. Minimal travel insurance and applicable taxes/fees
are included.
This prize is not redeemable for Cash or transferable and must be taken as supplied.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
If the major prize winner is under the age of 18 years, that winner must be
accompanied by a parent or guardian to collect their prize.
It is a condition of entry to this competition that the major prize winner and their
accompanying friend(s) must execute these Terms & Conditions.
USE OF PHOTOS etc
All contestants acknowledge that it is a condition of entry that WAFM , Showbiz
International and Virgin Blue has the right to publicise their names, characters,
likeness or voices for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition. The
winner may also be required by WAFM to participate in a photo, video and/or film
session and acknowledges that WAFM has the right to use such publicity photos,
video and/or films in any medium/website and in any reasonable manner it sees fit,
unless the contestant advises WAFM at the time of entering the competition that
he/she wishes to retain his/her anonymity.
It is a condition of entering this competition that contestants consent to their
telephone and other conversations with WAFM being broadcast on air.
INDEMNITY
All contestants release from and indemnify REDWAVE MEDIA LIMITED (ACN 083 553
860), against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any
prize(s) or participation in this competition including (but not limited to) damage to
property, personal injury whether direct or consequential, due to some negligent act
or omission or otherwise.
MISCELLANEOUS
The major prize winners will be contacted via telephone to redeem their prize.
Employees of REDWAVE MEDIA, WEST AUSTRALIAN NEWSPAPERS LTD, SHOWBIZ
INTERNATIONAL, VIRGIN BLUE and OTHER ASSOCIATED SPONSORS, their immediate
families, agents, sponsors or any persons connected with devising or promotion of
this competition are ineligible to enter.
The promoter reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any
time throughout the promotion.
WAFM and REDWAVE MEDIA PTY LTD will not be responsible or liable if for any
reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided.
In all matters all decisions of WAFM staff will be final and cannot be contested. No
correspondence or discussions will be entertained.

THE BEST OF KARRATHA
TERMS AND CONDITIONS


The following Terms & Conditions apply for the BEST OF KARRATHA competition on Spirit Karratha and WAFM Karratha to be run between 26th July 2010 and 20th August 2010. The final prize winners will be announced between 6am and 10am on Monday 30th August 2010 on both Spirit Karratha and WAFM Karratha.

A copy of these Terms & Conditions can be collected at SPIRIT Karratha and WAFM Karratha offices at 31 Bond Place, Karratha or at www.spiritradio.com.au or www.wafm.com.au.

METHOD OF ENTRY

This is a competition of chance that gives listeners the opportunity to register for two Major Prizes. Only entries fully completed on the official entry form will qualify. The entry form will be published in the Pilbara News on 28th July, 4th August, 11th August and 18th August 2010. Entry forms are also available from participating sponsors: Cobra Marine, Pharmacy 777, Eaton Building, Cool Change Boutique, Jamaica Blue, Eagle Boys, Nickol Bay Jewellers, Farinosi’s Mitre 10, Wraights Lawn Care, Brockmans Thirsty Camel Bottle Shop, Northwest 4WD, Refund Home Loans. All participating sponsors are situated in Karratha and surrounding areas. Entrants can enter as many times as they like on official entry forms.


MAJOR PRIZE DRAW
